GP yesterday upgraded the tegretol to the maximum allowed dose [2000 mg] ,but am having to start off with half of the upgrade first,and then upgrade it again in a month.
It's to help with the meltdowns/shutdowns and self injury,am still waiting to see neuro for the other meds.
Am hoping it will actually give am a little more tolerance with living there,am have been having a 'respite holiday' at dads/mums from tuesday till sunday this week,and the tablets are all being delivered to the home so am won't be able to start the extra one until sunday.
Am have been told that there is a big meeting going on on the eighteenth of july,between the residential staff,home and service managers,social worker,the NAS bosses,and Dawn if she doesn't have a 1-1 that day.
the NAS are going to be questioning them all about the abuse,state and neglect am left in,and the complete non understanding of autism/w HCN they have,about the complete unsuitability of that home/staff for am etc. and they are hoping to get agreement to move am from council residential care to NAS residential care.
